MVP Fitness is proud to present The MVP Baseball Clinic featuring Hall of Fame Shortstop Ozzie Smith.
The "Wizard of Oz" will be at the clinic to sign his book entitled, Ozzie Smith: The Road to Cooperstown.
The major purpose of the MVP Baseball Clinic is to improve your skills that are vital to your success in Baseball and Softball.
MVP Baseball Clinic is designed to improve your strength, conditioning and more importantly your quickness, speed and agility.
You will learn how to develop straight ahead speed, change of direction and speed necessary for quick decisions. You will learn how to improve first-step explosion, lateral movement and quick feet.
You will also gain knowledge on how to become stronger. You will also learn tips on core strength conditioning. Core strength conditioning is essential for sports related injury prevention especially for female athletes.
